Chef Eddie

Chef Eddie Mafnas, born and raised on Guam, co-owner the Firehouse Food Truck, Mafnas Catering and Events with Chef Jeffery Sampson in Honolulu, Hawaii. Chef Eddie graduated from the Culinary Institute of the Pacific in Culinary and Patisseries Arts. Mafnas focuses on the use of fresh, local ingredients and actively promotes the ‘slow food’ movement staying connected to the land and sea utilizing each ingredient to its fullest potential.
